Try maximizing your Outlook window. Perhaps the column you're looking for is not missing, but hidden because the window is too narrow to display all available columns.



If the column is still missing, follow the steps (above), 1 through 4.



Through trial and error experimentation, figure out the name of the missing column. All possibilities appear in alphabetical order in the list on the left side of the dialog box. Maybe it's not "Flag Status" that's missing, but "Flag Completed Date" or "Follow up Flag." Only you will be able to determine what's missing.




There is a drop-down list at the top of the left list labelled "Select available columns from:" The default setting is "Frequently-used fields" but it's possible the missing column is only available by choosing a different item from this drop down, e.g., "All document fields." But this is unlikely.
