I don't think Outlook is bundled with Windows 10. Outlook is part of Office, which you may have purchased separately. It's possible Outlook was installed by the manufacturer of your computer.
What version of Outlook are you using? 2019? 2021? 365?

What is a "red X?" Do you mean the close icon in the upper-right corner of Outlook windows? Its colour might change to red when you hover over it with the mouse.
