Default Disabling Calendar Timezone Feature

Hi All,
Bit of a strange request from someone at work so not sure it is even possible.

In Outlook 2007 there is a new option when creating Appointments to select a Timezone.
When other people receive this invite (and they are in a different timezone) the meeting shows up in the Calendar in the correct local time and when they open it up, it shows in the senders time with the senders timezone beside it (greyed out).

For most people this is fine because they will change the timezone on the computer when they are travelling.
I have one user who doesnt do this though and their assistant needs to move the appointment manually.

So the question is, Can I make Outlook show the time in the local time when they open up the appointment (like Outlook 2003) i.e. not the senders time and timezone?

I cant find any settings to do this and I know there are some registry hacks that disable some things like this but cant find anything on this.

Cheers
Paul
