I have Telus as an IP, which is farmed out to Google, such that it is in fact a Google mail.
I use Outlook 365 (POP) as my mail client on my PC and laptop. Often, but not always, when I receive a reply to my email in Outlook, I can only see my own original email as a new message, but the reply text is missing. However, if I open the same email in Chrome browser or on my Android phone (Gmail app), I can see the actual reply from the other user.
I see the same behaviour on both my desktop (Win 7) and laptop (Win 10)
I started seeing that after recent (May 31) Google update, but there are posts on the Internet from much earlier describing the same problem.
I have tried just about anything I can think of or find on the Internet to no avail.

Please help!
