If the email you are editing is in HTML or RTF format, select the image.


Set the wrapping style for the image to "Tight" or "Square." (Choose one of these options from the context menu that appears after you right-click the image.)



Make sure the image is selected.


With your left hand, hold down the Shift key. With your right hand, press and release the Up or the Down arrow key. These keyboard shortcuts resize the image. Repeat, releasing the Shift key when you're done.


If you need finer control...


With your left hand, hold down the Shift and the Ctrl keys. With your right hand, press and release the Up or the Down arrow key. Repeat, releasing Shift and Ctrl when you're done.
