Hello,

I used to create meeting invitations with a PDF document that contained buttons. The user would click to say if they would be present or not at the meeting.

This worked fine on a desktop but when a user answers through his mobile (iOs or Android) the buttons do not work...

I was asked to use Outlook to send invitations.... Needless to say it is not as nice as when I can create something with a Graphic program (Illustrator or InDesign) and then convert the invitation to a PDF.

Any best practices and ideas with using Outlook for this?
