Outlook 2019. PC.

I'm having an impossible time finding out how to block annoying emails.

I get a periodic garbage emails that come from addresses like "Cirka Knee". I've tried setting up a rule, but there appears no way to tell Outlook to block "Cirka Knee". There's probably an address behind it but I'm not opening this garbage to find out.



OR, even better would be to block EVERYTHING coming from ru.com, but even that's only going to block SOME of the junk.



SO, in Outlook 2019, HOW do I simply (using idiot-proof instructions), block these emails?
