On reflection I'm going to carriage return 6 lines at the end of each page; backspacing each time a new line is occupied.
Assessing the frequencies over the several years these lists have been expanded, this should give me about 5 years of additional entries before a new start has to be made.
An explanatory note on the first page should suffice for anyone consulting the hard copy.
