Hello, everyone, I have Office 365 and am using the current version of Word.

I have a question about sorting. I know how to sort the items IN each category below, but I’m not sure how to sort the list by category and then the items.

For example, this shopping list should display Aldi first, then Shop Rite, then Target.

Is it possible to sort the list alphabetically by the underlined headings, then the each section’s list? Thank you.

Target:
Beard Trimmer
Soap

Aldi:
Applesauce
Pepperoni
Potato Salad
Ricotta Cheese
Wonton Soup
Yogurt

Shop Rite:
Febreze with Gain
Nathan’s French Fries
