Sure you can. Simply change the switches at the end of the field code to output one of the other table formats. For example, change:
\l "23" \b "1087" \h
to:
" \l "15" \b "49" \h

To see what formatting options are available, go to Insert|Quick Parts|Field>DATABASE>Insert Database>Get Data: (connect to the data source) > Table AutoFormat.
