Yes, this is the original code I have been playing around with. Thanks!

But is there a way to replace the number next to the word with the page number(s) rather than frequency? I am not sure how to manipulate the code because this is over my head. I know there is software that can generate every single word and page number with hyperlinks, but I guess the next best thing would be to have just the word and page number.

I provide 30-60 page transcripts for researchers, and I think it would be useful to have this index for them to reference. Legal transcripts also index every single word.

When I run macro in Word it just gives me one column of numbers (I'm assuming these are the page numbers?) and then beneath that, a two-column table with the word in first column and frequency in second column.
