Default Outlook 03 not keeping bottom reading pane
I have Outlook (Office) 2003. After a re-install, the reading pane will not stay on bottom after opening. It reverts to side pane each and every time.

In addition, when I click on Outlook icon, with Win7 HP I am continually asked if I really want to open this program. This may be a Win 7 Forum question.. but it's only when I try to open MSO 2003.
