Hi eric,

The easiest way is to rename the two files, with B.xlsx being renamed A.xlsx. If you don't want to do that, make a copy of the Word mailmerge main document (so that the existing one keeps pointing to A.xlsx), temporarily re-name A.xlsx and, when you open the copied mailmerge main document for B.xlsx and Word complains that it can't find the data source, point it to B.xlsx. You can then restore the orignal name for A.xlsx.
