word 2002 works just fine for everything we do - except webpages!
Front page would probably have a steep learning curve!
I have the whole office suite 2002 if something else would work!

EDIT! could you please see if Front page can do a a large screen size image covered in 30 or so links?
the image at the top, would be covered in clear gifs that are links.
