There is not.
Understanding Styles in Microsoft Word
There are four kinds of Styles in Word:
  • Character
  • Paragragaph
  • Linked
  • and Table Styles
None encompass what you are requesting.

However, there was a recent question about a macro that gives special formatting to the first Word in a paragraph style.
How to modify the formatting of the first two words that are in a given paragraph style.
