Hi,

First, this may be a problem with there being multiple sections in the document. Word gets confused easily. See Printing with Multiple Sections.

Second, there is a recent bug that seems to cause problems with printing less than the full document. If the section information does not help, you may be experiencing that. If you are, make sure that you keep your software updated for bug fixes. A workaround is to save as pdf and print from the pdf. Another is to go to the page you want to print and tell Word to print the current page.
