I typically print 8-12 page documents once or twice a week. Frequently, I need to print only one page from the document; it could be any page, and either the printer prints nothing, or it prints the previous page instead of the one I want.

I print to a Xerox printer/copier and I've checked with their support people. They tell me the printer only prints what the MS Word tells it to.

Has anyone else had this issue, and if so, how did you correct it?
