Here is what I am seeing:




You have a shape or textbox at the top. Under it is another textbox. That contains both the Document Property Content Control "Title" and some text. You should have no trouble copying individual elements if you want. Again, the simple thing to do would be to save it as a Template and use that to create new documents.


If you want things typed on the Cover page to repeat, you should be using Mapped Content Controls like those used in many of the templates distributed by Microsoft. Repeating Data Using Document Property Content Controls and Other Mapped Content Controls. For instance, you could insert the Title document property content control in your header or footer to have the content show up on all pages using that header/footer.
