I have use microsoft/outlook email for many years. I use a msn.com address. Recently quite a few legitimate emails I have received have been marked "spam" and sent to my junk folder. When I search by sender and find them, they show up in my inbox, but when I refresh they are back in the junk folder. Any suggestions on this? Thanks
