Measurement Window Not Working
In Publisher, the Measurement window has stopped working to change x, y, width, height, and angle settings on Objects, etc...
Numbers cannot be overwritten in the dialogue boxes. My num lock is "on" on the keypad. The numbers on top of the keyboard are not working either. I have even changed key boards and rebooted several times.
I must go to Format and make all changes there. How can I turn the Measurement window functionality back on?
