I need to create a flowchart using decorative custom shapes. There is a Microsoft support video that describes how to import custom shapes from the Internet, but the steps don't match what I see on the screen. It says

"1. Select Search shapes, type a key word, and select Start search.
"2. Select Online."

On my screen there is no "online" option. I actually want to import svg files that I have on my hard disk. In the video, in addition to "online" there is a "local" option which I also don't have on my screen.
