Word 97, Finding Hidden Text Once Hidden
I had several paragraphs I wanted to hide BUT save in case I made a decision they were needed. I selected the paragraphs, then went to:
mnuFormat > Font > chkHidden
All the text hide. I then had to move up some double spacing to bring the following paragraph below the text to reflect a double space.
QUESTIONS
1) How do I know that the hidden text even exists since it is hidden in order to get it back?
2) If I delete spacing, or move things around while the Text is Hidden, will that Text be over-ridden or corrupted in the sense it gets messed up.
3) Is strike-through a better option instead, and then just hide paragraphs one does NOT want exposed, when one goes to print?
