Outlook 365 - Desktop App - cannot remove an e-mail account
Hi
I look after a local charity and have come across something strange. It was reported that a user's Outlook app was slow and hanging. This user monitored two accounts, office@ and info@. office@ is this users primary email account and at some time in the past (2yrs+) the info@ account was added to the Outlook desktop app
Both addresses are MS365 accounts
Problem - in my attempts to resolve the reported issues I note that only office@ is listed as an account in the account settings for the Outlook desktop app. yet both office@ and info@ accounts are shown and accessible in the read/write an e-mail section of the Outlook App. I have deleted the office@ account from the app and both info@ and office@ are removed but when I re-add the office@ account the info@ re-appears
