Exclamation After WIN update, shapes menu missing black lines from shape icons

Hello,

After WIN update (either 15-DEC- 2021 or 12-DEC-2021) for WIN 10 "and" WIN 11, the "black lines" for all ICONs in the Shapes Menu of Visio 2019 are deleted/missing! This appears to be a fatal error in MS code, and needs to be updated. The shapes themselves are fine when placed onto Visio Drawing. This problem affects both the "built in" basic shape icons and any custom shape icons as shown:

Basic shape example and Custom shape example are attached.

I have Visio 2019 local version on two separate computers (installed all WIN updates, all Office updates, all Visio 2019 updates)(even the new Office/Visio ones yesterday) as follows:

DESKTOP COMPUTER:
Windows 10 Pro:
ver. 21H1,
build 19043.1415,
experience pack 120.2212.3920.0,
Visio 2019:
ver. 2111,
build 14701.20262.

LAPTOP COMPUTER:
Windows 11 Home,
ver. 21H2,
build 22000.376,
experience pack 1000.22000.376.0,
Visio 2019:
ver. 2111,
build: 14701.20262.

THINGS THAT DIDN'T WORK
1. Repair (both local and online) for both computers failed to execute
2. Roll back (through system restore) on both computers failed to execute and is not available.
3. Uninstall / Reinstall on both computers failed to solve problem.
4. Yes, a temporary work around is to put the shapes onto a blank Visio page or update my descriptions. But, this is a problem that needs to be fixed by MS.
5. Yes, its probably a problem with the registry that will be eventually fixed by MS, but I'm not going to update that now. I want to follow the eventual MS update to this issue or follow my workaround.

Thank you!
