I've had this program for years and suddenly I couldn't receive emails but could send them. I deleted a lot of webmail in case something was stuck, ran scanpst.exe, and tried to do an online repair in control panel, but it wouldn't complete--said there was no comparable product detected. I could access some emails after all that, but now MS Office has disappeared from my computer--no Word, Powerpoint, Excel, or Outlook. Help! I can reinstall them, and the data files are still there, but what's going on? Thanks so much! I'll check back using webmail.
