Not sure this is possible. But the following method, which I haven't tested, might bring you closer. You might need to use VBA or a third-party scripting tool (AutoHotkey, Macro Express, etc.) to take you the rest of the way.
While viewing your calendars in Outlook...
1. Click File > Save Calendar.
2. Save the file somewhere (but not on the desktop) as an .ics file.
3. Close Outlook.
4. Using File Explorer, navigate to the folder that contains the .ics file.
5. Create a shortcut to the .ics file, and move the shortcut to the desktop.
