The document you have supplied, if you opt to Save As > Save as type > PDF > Does the black background get preserved in the PDF file >. It does if I do it that way with your document.

Yes, If is save it yes, but the Amazon KDP team told me that I have to use the 'print to pdf' option in order to remove transparencies.
If I save it, transparencies aren't removed once printed.
Does anybody know how can I solve the problem?
