I just recently ran into an issue after having Visio professional 2019 for about a year. When zooming in or out, the program goes not responding and maxes out my 16g of RAM. If I am able to close Visio when its not responding, RAM usage goes back to normal. I have never had this issue before until a few days ago. I would try to uninstall but I lost the key code and I dont want to have to buy the program again. Any help would be appreciated.
