@Guessed -- YES! You're correct. The font within the nametag is 10 pt. When I reduce the font to something smaller, say 6 pt, the white border at the bottom reduces. That's no doubt the problem.

I'll need a secondary step to save these icons out of Visio, I think. Thank you for the help, so grateful!!!
