Default Can't assign Alt+J to a macro

Hi all, I am racking my head and can't seem to figure out what the problem is with my macros...everything was working fine, then all of a sudden, when I go to change a macro or record a new one, I press Alt+J but as soon as i press those buttons together a "," is automatically inserted after the "+" sign so it ends up looking like ALT+,J and thereby making my macro of Alt+J unusable. I need this for work purposes and I can't seem to fix it. I've deleted Word and re-installed it, but no luck Can anyone please help ASAP, thank you!
