I am unable to use Outlook, but all other apps in Office work properly. I have researched the error ID on-line, followed all the suggested resolutions INCLUDING uninstalling and reinstalling MS Office. Nothing works. When I try to start Outlook, "updating office" is displayed for an extended period, followed by the error message.
