After trying in C2 =IF(AND($A2>DATEVALUE("30/09/2022"),$B2<DATEVALUE("1/1/2023")),"X"," ") and pulling down


( with my regional settings which are different), no "x" is returned. So I checked manually and none of yoyr dates match the given conditions ( of course they do match when there is an empty cell in col B)


Try the same formula type in the other columns
