Please help with a strange issue...
In my office we have a problem with one secretary's Microsoft Exchange e-mail through Outlook. That problem is that even though I've gone into the settings and checked the "Pop-up Notification" option and even set the opaqueness and everything, when she gets a new e-mail message nothing happens.
We need her to be able to work in other programs but still know immediately when she receives new messages. If there is something I'm missing or something I don't know about, please let me know. I'd appreciate it very much, thanks!
