Hi alexb123,

Basically, it's a matter of doing a 'Find' for each word you're interested in.

If you can put those words in a table at the start of the document in question, the macro I posted at the link below will automate the search and return a count of any matches:

Note: The table as coded requires 3 columns, with the data in the 2nd column. Some minor edits would allow it to work with a 2-column table.
