MS Outlook error "your IMAP server closed the connection"
Putting up with this for a bit, I have decided to do something about it so hence my post.
Whilst reviewing emails in Outlook (2010) there is a persistent error message "Your IMAP server closed the connection". Until it is dealt with I can't manage my email. It can occur frequently.
What I've tried so far:
File>account settings>account settings>email>change>More settings>advanced>server timeout>10 mins.
This does not cure the issue.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
I have Windows Home 64bit version 2004 build 19041.867.
