Hopefully I can explain my problem in a good way, (sorry my English is poor).
I have a word-document which contains 594 tables, each table contains 6 rows and 2 colums.

As you can see, the first cell contains the question number. 1, 2, 3, 4, ... , 594 (ordered).
Now the requirment is to swap the location of these tables, that is the new order of these question is: 9, 7, 1, 3, ...
I have the correct position in excel-sheet:

Rearranging the tables is tedious. I am not sure if there is a trick to do this easily. It is not necessary for the new numbering to be ordered, it can be as shown above; 7, 9, 1, 3, ...
