Just as randomly as it started, Outlook started working again. I have no idea if it was Windows, Outlook, or Google.
I had already tried Safe mode and that didn't fix it. Which I mentioned in my OP.
Why change my password when I can access it just fine from web browser??? That makes no sense at all
I'm not on a domain account, so this is not valid for this situation
