Stacked columns display actual values, which I worked on 50 samples.
on the other hand, my supervisor wants a 100% Stacked column to display data in percentage and also removing the percentage symbol from the vertical axis.

Mr. Guessed my current solution is using a text box filled with values (0 - 100), but it's not a professional way.
