This question pertains to Microsoft Outlook that’s part of Office 365 that’s running on a Windows 10 PC. (I do not use OneDrive.)

I accidentally deleted one of my email folders and all of the many messages in it. I make a backup copy of my Outlook.pst file every day. I checked one of the backups from a few days ago and that email folder is still in it.

My question: How can I retrieve just that one email folder from the backup Outlook.pst file from a few days ago and get it into my current Outlook.pst file without affecting any of my other email folders?
