If you want the same size margins on odd and even pages then you need to set the gutter size as 0.

If you posted a sample document (instead of screenshots) I can give you an exact answer. Otherwise I have to guess at what your issue is.

You are showing me pictures of style definitions but are not showing me the actual content settings. Your paragraphs might have those styles applied but if they also have local paragraph indentation applied it would override the style settings. You can select all your problem paragraphs and remove local formatting by pressing Ctrl-Q and Ctrl-Space. Then double check the styles that are applied.

It is also possible (but less likely) that there is a floating white/invisible graphic either on the page or in the header/footer that is pushing content over. Again, without having the actual document, I can't tell you exactly what the issue might be.
