I wonder if it's possible to see if a word document has been edited with track changes on google drive?

Currently I received two worddocuments from the same person which çloned when I accept changes and try to save them working in word version of office 2016.


What i notice in the document itself is that with the track changes there are 2 ways in which it is shown: one with the name of the editor and one with the term user instead of the name of the person. If I try to save it after accepting some changes. The document will make a new document with the name 'document 2', 'document 3'etc.
