That file appears to be completely unrecoverable. Although it has a file name that indicates the file should be a .vsdx, but it is not a valid zip file and contains just some gibberish when opened in a text editor.

If you are saving files to USB drives, you could be causing corruption by removing the drive while the file is still open. Your other post today might also point to a reason why your files are not as stable as you would like.
