The org chart wizard is a particular macro which creates org charts but it doesn't vary from a basic script with strict rules. This means it doesn't automatically create other non-vanilla extras such as boxed teams and Org Chart Titles.

But there is no reason why you can't create your own macro to do whatever you want it to do. Certainly, adding a Page Title in Visio is relatively straightforward. However working out where to put the team box will be a lot trickier. I would envision that it would be a lot simpler to style the roles that are part of a particular team as it can be much harder to work out where they all sit once the org chart reorganises itself and you need to move the box behind that area.
