Hi all, can someone possibly help with the following problem.

I’ve been using the outlook email app on my iPhone. One of the email addresses is used by multiple persons but no one can see my sent replies.

It’s been suggested that this is because my sent items are only stored on my phone and not on a ‘cloud’ It’s also been suggested that I can fix this by using a desktop version of outlook in my laptop however I do not have outlook for the desktop and would rather not get it.

Is there any way to change where my sent items are stored using the iPhone to fix this problem? Thanks in advance.
