While I don't believe this is possible from your Outlook account, it would be possible from any web host service provider that allows the creation of multiple addresses, such as IONOS which hosts my own web site. (Though it costs rather more than $20 a year). With a valid address and server information available you can add the addresses to your Outlook client. You would need to shop around for what offers you the best balance of service and cost.
An alternative possibility is to use MailWasher to intercept your e-mail. I have used this for years and it is an effective barrier against spam and malicious posts - such as the e-mail messages I receive purportedly from two of my friends, who have both been dead for several years!
