This is NOT the support team.
It is a user-to-user support forum that is in no way connected to Microsoft Corporation.

There was, some years back, a big lawsuit between MS and Adobe.

There are a number of decent free pdf read/write programs. Current versions of Word read and write pdf documents, although not with the same sophistication and control offered by Acrobat.

Conversion between pdf and Word and back is asking for headaches if you want to edit.
Do all of your editing in Word format. Then save to pdf or print as pdf. If you need to make changes, return to the original Word document rather than converting from pdf.
