In the first cross-posted thread, I pointed you to the examples in Conditionally Shade Table Cells in the Mailmerge Tips and Tricks 'Sticky' thread at the top of this forum (https://www.msofficeforums.com/mail-...ps-tricks.html) showing to do what you want. In this case, the field coding is as simple as:
