Hi Mark,

Your first post referred specifically to "Office '03", so my last reply focussed on what that version could do.

With Office 2007, you can select the 'all borders' option from the borders button on the Font panel of the Home tab on the ruler or, after right-clicking, by choosing Format Cells|Border and choosing both 'outline' and 'inside'.

I have no idea what "Connie's '03" is. I was referring to the buttons on the Formatting toolbar. Whether that's even visible in your setup, let alone being the top menu all depends on how you've configured Excel '03.
