Attached is a starter sample. The letterhead is in the header.
A borderless table is used for the address part.
Content Controls are used: Plain text, drop down, and combobox. They have a Group CC around them. You can move from place to type to place to type with the tab key. The invoice number is in a Content Control in a TextBox.


Word is not a typewriter.
