Default Aligning numbers (to the right) in a numbered list

In the attached PPT file, I have a numbered list using Roman numerals. I am trying to right align the numerals so that all periods after each Roman numeral is in alignment.

I see how to do this in Word, but I don't see an option to do this in PPT.

The reason I am doing this is because if I keep the left alignment there is a significant amount of white space after Roman numeral I, then less after II, then little after III. I would like to right align the Roman numerals so that there is an equal amount of white space after each Roman numeral.

Is this possible?
